Mobilicity Launches Sharp MobiFlip Talk-and-Text Handset

There is something about the design of the Sidekick line of devices that I have always loved. It has always been a hit in the US (on TMobile) and did migrate over here many years back on Fido, but was plagued with stock issues, thus never really gaining the popularity it was entitled to.
Today Mobilicity launches the Sharp “MobiFlip” designed with the Sidekick in mind. It is the perfect device for heavy texting teens and their cost conscious parents who are trying to keep a sub-$100 budget. The MobiFlip features:
- 3.2” rotating flip-out screen
- Full-size QWERTY keyboard for easy web browsing, emailing and instant messaging
- Camera or video mode, the phone’s large screen also serves as a view finder and offers a familiar and easy-to-use digital camera-like experience.
The MobiFlip is available for $99 and can be bought online here or at any Mobilicity retail store.
