Effective tomorrow December 18th, 2010 through to Friday December 31st, 2010, Rogers will waive the notorious $35 fee on all new 3 year activations to help drive holiday sales even more.

They state that this is a no-holds barred offer and that ALL newly activated in-market plans are eligible.

So, if you are in the market to switch, starting tomorrow you officially have more incentive!
