Well, well, well, just when we started to count Acer out of the Android game (having just the Liquid E in Canada) they announce this bad mama and boy is it sexy.

Despite not officially having a name, the device is stacked with some fairly impressive features:

• 4.8″ widescreen with a 21:9 aspect ratio and a super cool chassis
• 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor
• 8 megapixel camera with LED flash
• front-facing 2 megapixel camera for video calling
• HDMI port to connect your media to an HD TV
• WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0

A lot about this phone is shrouded in secrecy (Android OS, carrier, or even a Canadian launch are still left to be known), but it is being dubbed “100% smart phone, 100% tablet” — Hot.

Let’s cross our fingers that Acer blesses us with some good luck come Spring.
