It was just yesterday that we reported Mobilicity was the first discount carrier to introduce a sub-$200 off-contract Android device to Ontario with the Motorola Spice, and just like that here comes another.

WIND has officially launched the Alcatel Tribe today, which joins the Motorola XT720 as another Android 2.1 powered device in WIND’s lineups of phones. For an Android newbie this device is perfect; it’s small, has a full QWERTY keyboard, a 2MP Camera, GPS, and WiFi (all fairly standard features required for any device these days to sell).
