PingChat is an IM based app, so there will be no SMS charges and it shows users when their sent messages have been read. Today, PingChat for BlackBerry has been updated today to v1.0.6.5. The Torch 9800 is now supported, phone # support has been added, and some bugs have been fixed regarding push notifications.
