The devices have finally started to reach retail outlets and are up internally, ready to be sold, but Rogers is being very strict on when retailers can start letting them go.

It has become a no-questions-asked September 30th release date, in line with the announcement last week. Word has it, some retailers were selling the devices they received early, causing a bit of an uproar.

So there you have it, don’t go harassing your Rogers rep until the 30th. They can’t help ya.
