Recently, with the OS war heating up, I find myself being asked daily, “CellGuru, which phone should I go for?” This could easily be one of the hardest questions to answer, because everyone’s need in a phone is different.

With the impending launch of the Galaxy S Captivate, Rogers has taken it upon themselves to release a series of slides to employees, to not only help break down the differences to customers, but also explain the benefits of switching to Android.

As you can see Rogers is really pushing the 4″ Super AMOLED screen, not only exclusive to the Galaxy S family of devices, but easily one of the sexiest around. Rogers also makes notable mention of other key features, such as: HD (720p) Video Recording, Samsung Social Hub, Android’s 2.1 OS, and a personal favorite, SWYPE. In my opinion, SWYPE is the best way to “type” on a touch screen phone.

Overall, this is the hottest Android device to be released by Rogers to date, and hopefully will reinstate some of their street cred as an Android-centric carrier. (We all know the Magic and Dream debacle).
