The other title for this article could have just as easily been “Sony and Nintendo are screwed.” If you’ve got an iPhone or iPad, hit up iTunes to download a tech demo of the game showed at the keynote today. Epic Citadel is a free ‘game’ that showcases the power of the console-based engine. It’s got PS3/360-esque graphics (seriously) and the whole thing is butter smooth. Things are still a little chunky looking around the edges, but you shouldn’t be disappointed. There might be a bit of hyperbole in my description, but it truly is amazing. Walk around, explore…, get, excited.
