Want to test a very capable, useful and intuitive product, for free, on your Android device?

Course you do!

LogMeIn Ignition, the mobile version of the company’s very popular remote computer browser, is available for free on the Android Marketplace. This app for the iPhone and iPad goes for a cool $29.99, and it’s worth every penny. Having remote access to your Windows or Mac machine on the go is one of the coolest features out there for your phone, and this program uses the Users already installed on your system to gain access.

Merely install the app on your Android phone, download the app on your Windows/Mac machine, and go. You register your computer online, and when you log in on your phone it detects what computers are available to access. Once connected, you have the option of manipulating the screen with your finger like a mouse, or to access files and folders like you would on your desktop.

Obviously phones with a higher-resolution screen are going to benefit more from the experience, and because there is a lovely pinch-to-zoom feature available to phones running Android 2.0+, the UI is about as intuitive as it gets.

Don’t believe me, though: hit up the Android Marketplace and check it out yourself. More info is available on their website.
