Sunday, April 25th Thursday, April 29th to be exact*. There is a memo going around Verizon with the above picture showing a top-secret box flying towards you, rocket-style. Great news! According to Engadget Mobile, Sunday is the usual launching day for Verizon devices, and the HTC has already been spotted inside the Verizon stocking system. All signs point to AWESOME!

So is this the equivalent of the Desire, the same hardware as the Nexus One with HTC’s Sense UI? I believe so! Or even if it isn’t, it’s not going to be exciting to anyone but a Verizon user. Nevertheless, this is a big deal, as it will give Android an even more pervasive spot in the US Market, and combined with the Droid, give Big Red the best Android line-up anywhere.
