Want to tether your WIND 9700 to your laptop but don’t want to use any third-party apps? Well good news for you because with WIND’s Infinite BlackBerry package ($35/month) you can. This package will also give you the option to stream data to your laptop (or desktop, I would imagine) using your data plan.

Non-9700 users also have the option to tether, though (strangely) it will cost you the pay-per-use data rate of $0.10/25kB.
