Ever been on the road and needed to pay a bill? Most companies make it quite difficult to pay your bill anywhere but on your home PC.

Now Rogers has unveiled an app for the Android OS to help alleviate the strain of having to log into your home PC to view information about your wireless account.

Customers get “secure, 24/7 access to their Wireless accounts to view balance, make payments, check airtime, messaging and data usage.” For voice and data users anxious to avoid going over their allotment, this app is going to be a godsend.

To get the app, log into the Android Marketplace and search for “Rogers My Account,” install and enjoy the application.

Rogers also wants to emphasize that any data used within the app is “zero-rated,” so they do not count towards your monthly data allotment. Nice going, Rogers. Way to step up to 2010 in a big way!
