Telus branded BlackBerry Bold 9780 surfaces [Video]
As with all un-released devices, it seems as though the closer to an actual carrier launch we get, the videos and pictures just start pouring in.
This morning a tipster sent us a video of a Telus branded BlackBerry Bold 9780 that is being fielded tested on the network, no word on actual device performance, but supposedly the WebKit browser is a dream on the HSPA+ network. Ironically, this video comes just hours after a launch date of October 21st was announced online and about a week after we broke word that Rogers may get it as early as November.
Have a look at the video:

If you are unsure of what the BlackBerry Bold 9780 actually is, it can also be called the “Bold 3″ or a refresh. It has the same look and feel of its predecessor the 9700, but with almost every internal feature upgraded. Think of a mini version of the Torch. More in-depth specs comparison includes:
- 512MB RAM from 256MB
- 5MP camera from 3MP
- BlackBerry 6 from OS5
